Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the course or training session begins.
Refunds may be considered only if the request is made before course access or training commencement. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Once course access is provided or training has commenced, the enrollment fee is non-refundable due to the digital and customized nature of the services.
If a payment is debited but the transaction fails, the amount will be automatically reversed by the payment gateway as per standard banking timelines.
